Step 1

Place the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the centre. Beat the eggs and oil in a separate bowl.

Step 2

Pour into the well and use a wooden spoon to bring in the our from around the edges.

Step 3

When it becomes too hard to stir, flour your hands and knead to form a rm dough.

Step 4

Turn out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead for 5-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 5

Enclose in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.
