Ingredients: 2 cups frozen bananas (chopped); 1.5 fl oz coconut milk ((1 shot or 44 ml)); 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter; 1/4 cup raspberry chia jam (or jam of choice)

This is a flavoured nice cream recipe made with a base of frozen banana. Blended together with smooth natural peanut butter makes for a creamy, rich and peanutty ice cream.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Nice Cream

bananas (chopped)

1.5 fl oz coconut milk ((1 shot or 44 ml))

tsp vanilla extract

peanut butter

raspberry chia jam (or jam of choice)

Pulse frozen bananas in food processor into smaller chunks. Add 1 shot coconut milk, splash vanilla and peanut butter. Blend nice cream mixture until smooth (2-5 minutes).

For soft serve style ice cream serve right away with Raspberry Chia Jam. For a harder ice cream transfer nice cream to a parchment-lined freezer-safe container. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Set out 20 minutes before serving for easier scooping.
