Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Place all your dry ingredients into a mixer and mix until combined. Add in the wet ingredients and continue mixing until a dough forms. Fold in chopped chocolate. Wrap dough in plastic and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare an 8 inch cast iron skillet with non-stick spray. Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the skillet. Drop the peanut butter into the center and cover with remaining dough. It helps to lay a piece of parchment paper over the dough to press it down and pack it tightly. Bake for 13-16 minutes. Don't over bake. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
