Preheat the oven to 400°F
Step 2
Lightly dust your work surface with flour, then unfold the sheet of puff pastry and cut it lengthwise into ½-inch strips
Step 3
Using a paper towel, thoroughly dry the hot dogs
Step 4
Wrap a strip of puff pastry around each hot dog and place it seam-side down on the baking sheet
Step 5
Brush the puff pastry with the egg and sprinkle it with the seasoning mix
Step 6
Bake the hot dogs until the puff pastry is golden brown and cooked through, 15 to 18 minutes
Step 7
Remove the hot dogs from the oven and serve
