Name: Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients: 1/2 banana; 1/2 cup crushed pineapple; 1/2 cup yogurt; 2 tablespoons honey (can sub agave nectar); 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract; 2 -3 ice cubes

...without all the saturated fats of coconut milk.  If you like your smoothies more on the frozen side, measure out your pineapple and partially freeze.

Pina Colada Smoothie

pineapple

yogurt

honey (can sub agave nectar)

coconut extract

-3 ice cubes

Blend all items together in a food processor or blender.  Serve immediately.

YUM! Made this for my sis and myself for breakfast on a chilly winter morning and it instantly transported us to this hot, tropical island. lol Great taste, fun to drink, a winner for sure! :) <br/>I left out the honey and found it was still nice and sweet without it, but thats personal taste I guess.<br/>Thanks for sharing, Gail Ann!
