Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Prepare 9" tart tin with removable base.
Step 2
Place all tart crust ingredients into a food processor and blend until the mixture starts to come together. You should have a sticky mix when pressed together. If not, add a little maple syrup to help and blend again.
Step 3
Spoon the crust mix into the tart tin, spread evenly onto the base and around the edges to create the crust. Place into the fridge.
Step 4
Place the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, lime juice, vanilla, maple syrup and the pinch of turmeric into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan and stir in the agar flakes. Bring the mix to a boil and leave to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the agar agar has dissolved and you feel the mixture is becoming a little thicker.
Step 6
Once ready, pour the tart filling onto the crust.
Step 7
Place into a fridge for a few hours to set.
Step 8
Before serving, decorate the tart. I used banana pieces to form a pineapple.
