In a high-powered blender, combine the pineapple juice, the ice cream, the frozen pineapple, the lime juice, and the salt and blend, stopping to push the pineapple chunks down into the blender with a spatula, on medium-high speed until the mixture is completely blended.

Step 2

Transfer the pineapple mixture to a large bowl, cover, and freeze for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Scoop the pineapple whip into bowls and sprinkle with the salt.

Serve.
