Grill sausages, covered, on medium for 15 to 20 minutes (under 165 degrees F), turning occasionally. (Cooking at too high a heat causes flare-ups and dries out the links.) Prepare Tropical Radicchio Slaw, Sweet Leeks and Fennel, and Triple Pepper Salsa. If not serving immediately, store, covered in refrigerator. For hot, fluffy buns, stack on top of a large sheet of foil; wrap tightly. Place in oven at 450 degrees F for 12 minutes. Serve sausages with buns and condiments.
