Step 1

Pre-heat your oven to 200C with your baking dish/tray inside

Step 2

Meanwhile roughly chop up the veg as instructed above

Step 3

Remove the dish from the oven and place in all the veg. Top with the Meatless Farm sausages

Step 4

Drizzle over a generous amount of olive oil along with the oregano and a pinch of salt and pepper

Step 5

Place back in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C

Step 6

Remove from the oven and simply serve directly to the table ready to tuck in!
