Super easy and versatile plant-based Sausage One-Tray Bake with only 5 minutes of prep and packed full of veg it&#x27;s the perfect midweek meal to share.

Plant-Based Sausage Tray Bake

Pack Meatless Farm Sausages ((available at Sainsburys))

red onions (quartered)

garlic

potato

aubergine

pepper (roughly sliced)

mushrooms

tomatoes

oregano ((optional))

olive oil

salt and pepper

Pre-heat your oven to 200C with your baking dish/tray inside

Meanwhile roughly chop up the veg as instructed above

Remove the dish from the oven and place in all the veg. Top with the Meatless Farm sausages

Drizzle over a generous amount of olive oil along with the oregano and a pinch of salt and pepper

Place back in the oven for 30 minutes at 200C

Remove from the oven and simply serve directly to the table ready to tuck in!
