Step 1
Make your polenta pizza base according to the instructions provided in our other recipe (link in the ingredients).Make sure you allow the polenta pizza base to cool for at least an hour until it's fairly hard and easy to handle.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Step 3
Spread the tomato paste over the polenta pizza base. Scatter the shredded vegan cheese. Decorate with the toppings of your choice although we recommend cherry tomatoes and green olives.
Step 4
Season with a little salt and pepper and bake on a tray in the centre of the oven for around 15-20 minutes until the cheese starts to bubble up.
Step 5
Decorate with fresh basil and serve hot. Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge until the next morning. To reheat, use the oven until the cheese starts bubbling up again.
