Ingredients: 1 cup (8 ounces) coconut milk powder or unsweetened almond milk powder (no pea protein in it); ¼ cup heavy cream powder; 2 tablespoons powdered Gentle Sweet (How to Make Powdered Sweetener) OR ⅓ cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener OR equivalent powdered sweetener; 1 tablespoon coconut oil; 2 teaspoons pure vanilla powder; 1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin; ¼ teaspoon mineral salt; any extra flavors (see post)

Powdered Creamer

(8 ounces) coconut milk powder

heavy cream powder

coconut oil

vanilla powder

sunflower lecithin

salt

flavors (see post)

Put all ingredients into a food processor and process until well blended. Allow to settle before opening lid or it might &quot;poof&quot; everywhere.

Store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.

Just curious about introducing moisture to a dry dairy product~ I'm concerned that it may not last long, as a shelf-stable pantry item. Even if stored in a cool, dark place. Does anyone have experience with keeping it over time? Any further info appreciated~ &amp; thanks so much for the recipe TJ?
