Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a square pan (8” x 8”) with parchment paper.

Place 1 cup of chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a bowl and heat in the microwave in 1 minute intervals, stirring between each, or until fully melted.

Add the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, granulated erythritol, eggs, and vanilla to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.

Fold the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until just incorporated (don’t overmix).
