Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a square pan (8” x 8”) with parchment paper.

Place 1 cup of chocolate chips and the coconut oil in a bowl and heat in the microwave in 1 minute intervals, stirring between each, or until fully melted.
Step 4
Add the almond flour, chocolate protein powder, granulated erythritol, eggs, and vanilla to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
Step 5
Fold the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until just incorporated (don’t overmix).
Step 6
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips over the top.
Step 7
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8
Let them cool, cut into squares, and serve.
