Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Grease a 6"x10" baking dish with spray canola oil or butter. Set this aside.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until just combined or until there are no visible flour lumps.
Step 4
Transfer the batter to the greased baking dish (the black sesame seeds will naturally float to the top).
Step 5
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Step 6
Remove from oven and allow it to cool for 15 minutes before slicing into 2-inch bars. Top each mochi bar with candy eyeball sprinkles (optional). Enjoy!
