1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

2. Mix eggs, sugar and oil, beat until creamy.
Step 3
3. Add pumpkin, water and dry ingredients.
Step 4
4. Mix well until all ingredients are well blended, including the nuts (if using).
Step 5
5. Pour batter into 3 loaf pans (or 7 baby loaf pans).
Step 6
6. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour (45 min. if baby pans)
Step 7
7. Cool slightly and remove from pans.
Step 8
8. Cool completely. Freezes well.
