Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F

Step 2

Place separated garlic cloves in the middle of a sheet of foil

Step 3

Drizzle with EVOO and season with salt and pepper

Step 4

Wrap foil around the cloves creating a little pouch

Step 5

Place in the oven until cloves soften and you smell the aroma of garlic, about 30-40 minutes

Step 6

Remove from the oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes so it is easy to handle, and squeeze garlic out from the skin
