Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Place the frozen vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Pour the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat. Sprinkle the herbs, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast over the vegetables and toss again.
Step 3
Add the vegetables to the crisper plate or basket of the air fryer in an even layer*. Cook for 5 minutes. Shake the bucket, or rotate the vegetables. Continue to cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until the vegetables are tender and cooked through to a warm temperature. Taste one to test for doneness.

*If the air fryer is quite small, you can cook in 2 batches.
Step 5
Place the cooked vegetables on a serving platter. You can top with more nutritional yeast before serving.
