Step 1
Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced) and spray 10 holes of a muffin tray with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into pan, filling each muffin cavity about two-thirds full.
Step 3
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set in the middle.
Step 4
Cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
