Step 1

COOK THE SAUCE: Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Cook the onion, stirring occasionally, for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in the mushroom, garlic, tomato paste and paprika. Cook, stirring, for about 30 seconds then gradually pour in the cream and stock. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to medium-low.

Step 2

WARM THE CHICKEN: Place the chicken in the sauce. Cover and cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.

Step 3

READY TO EAT: Scatter the parsley over the stroganoff just before serving.
