Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine radish, yoghurt, garlic, mint, lemon juice and coriander in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to infuse.
Step 2
Cut each pita round into 8 triangles. Place on 2 baking trays. Spray with oil. Top with sea salt and pepper. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3
Top tzatziki with mint leaves. Serve with pita triangles.
