Combine all ingredients with either a mixer or by hand in a large bowl.

Spread 1/4 of the mixture on each tortilla.
Step 3
Tightly roll up each tortilla to avoid gaps when slicing.
Step 4
Wrap each rollup in either cling wrap or tin foil to keep from drying out in the fridge.
Step 5
Place rollups in the fridge overnight or for a few hours, however long you have! This is important to get all the flavors to meld together.
Step 6
Carefully slice each rollup into 1/2 inch slices.
Step 7
Serve right away or store in a sealed container in the fridge.
