Spread the bread cubes in the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.

Layer the bread cubes with sauerkraut and beef strips.

Pour the Russian dressing evenly over the top.

Cover with the aluminum foil, ensuring the sprayed side is down.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove and discard the foil; sprinkle Swiss cheese over the casserole.

Continue baking until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 more minutes.
