Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°Fahrenheit (175°Celsius). Take a 9x13 inch baking dish and lightly grease it or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2

Cut the slider buns in half horizontally (keep the top and bottom halves separate). Place the bottom halves of the buns in the prepared baking dish.

Step 3

Spread a thin layer of Thousand Island dressing over the bottom halves of the buns. Layer the corned beef evenly over the dressing.

Step 4

Add a layer of sauerkraut over the corned beef. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut. Put the top halves of the buns on top of the cheese.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced onion, garlic powder, and caraway or poppy seeds (if using).

Step 6

Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the buns.

Step 7

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Step 8

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are slightly crispy and golden brown.

Step 9

Let the sliders cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Step 10

Serve warm with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side for dipping, if desired. Enjoy!
