Step 1

Break down a whole chicken into 8 pieces.

Step 2

Marinate in sauce with minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, yellow mustard, salt and black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap, marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Preheat the oven at 450°F/232°C.

Step 4

Cover the baking sheet with foil paper, place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 5

Add Jalapeno peppers, feta cheese, garlic, cumin powder, yellow mustard, chili sauce, basil, cilantro, salt, black pepper, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, and white wine to the blender.

Step 6

Blend until smooth.

Step 7

Serve the chicken with blended sauce on the side. Enjoy!
