Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Cut the peppers in half and scoop out the seeds, membranes and other insides.

Add cheeses, spices and herbs in a bowl and using the back of a wooden spoon, mash to combine.
Step 5
Smear cream cheese mixture into each pepper half. Make sure you do not overstuff the peppers or they will explode in the oven!
Step 6
Place peppers on baking sheet; you can put them close to each other to prevent them from rolling around while their baking
Step 7
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese bubbly.
Step 8
To brown the cheese, broil on high for a few minutes (about 3-5 minutes) before removing poppers from the oven. Make sure to keep your eye on the poppers while they are broiling so they don’t burn.
Step 9
Serve hot!
