Step 1
Add water, sugars and vanilla extract to a large pot or crock pot.
Step 2
Cover and cook on high for two hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Remove from heat (or turn off crock pot) and stir in root beer extract.
Step 4
Allow liquid to cool completely. Once the liquid has cooled, add in the moonshine.
Step 5
Ladle the liquid into clear jars and seal tightly. Store in a cool dry place!
