Apple Pie Moonshine- Instant Pot Recipe

64 Ounces Apple juice

64 Ounces Apple cider

Cup White sugar

Cup Brown sugar

Cup Everclear grain alcohol

Cup Caramel vodka

Cinnamon sticks

Teaspoon Nutmeg

Teaspoon Whole cloves

pour

Pour apple juice and apple cider into Instant Pot.

Turn Instant Pot on and choose the &quot;sauté&quot; function.

Sauté on high for approximately 5 minutes or until all sugar has dissolved in apple juice mixture.

close lid

Close the "pressure cooker" lid and move valve to "seal" position.

cook on high

natural release

When timer beeps, allow pressure to naturally release for 15 minutes.

open lid

everclear

Once liquid has reached room temperature, pour in Everclear and caramel vodka.

remove

Remove cinnamon sticks and whole cloves.  This can be done using a strainer or pouring through cheese cloth.

serve

Serve and enjoy!  If you are saving your apple pie moonshine for a special occasion, mason jars are the perfect way to store for later.

INSTANT POT APPLE PIE MOONSHINE

10-12 Pint Mason jars

apple

apple cider

White sugar

brown sugar

Everclear

Caramel Vodka

cloves

Combine both the apple cider and apple juice into your Instant Pot.

Add white sugar, brown sugar, 4-6 cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and whole cloves.

Turn your Instant Pot to the saute feature to start warming the mixture.

Once all sugars have been dissolved into the apple mixture, cover your Instant Pot lid and turn to sealing.

Set your Instant Pot to manual high. Pressure cook on high for 45 minutes.

When timer beeps, all the pressure to naturally release for 10-15 minutes.

Open the lid and allow the mixture to cool completely to room temperature.

Add in Everclear and Vodka to the mixture.

Remove the cinnamon sticks that were used during the cooking process.  This can be done using a strainer or a cheese cloth.

Fill each mason jar with the moonshine mixture and add one cinnamon stick for added flavor.

Close the mason jar lid tightly.

Decorate mason jar with ribbon or twine.  You can also add a cute chalkboard or marker label for an added touch or personalization.

Organic Chocolate Syrup, the syrup should be thin like italian syrup

Premium Coffee Beans

Mix together the moonshine and the organic chocolate syrup

Fill two small 6 oz mason jars with 1/8 cup coffee beans

Pour the chocolate moonshine mixture evenly over the beans in the two jars.&nbsp;

Add the lid and allow to ferment until the moonshine reaches your ideal taste.

Once infused, strain out the coffee beans and enjoy.&nbsp;

Bring the apple juice, cider, sugar, nutmeg, ground cinnamon and 8 cinnamon sticks to a boil.

Cover and simmer for 1 hour.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Add alcohol to mixture. **CAUTION: Do not add alcohol near a flame or heat source. It is highly flammable. Make sure mixture is completely cooled before adding alcohol.

Strain the cinnamon sticks out and pour into jars.

Divide remaining 6 cinnamon sticks among jars.

Place lids on jars and allow to sit in a cool, dry place for 8 weeks before enjoying.

Refreshing Moonshine Mule Recipe 

oz unflavored moonshine

oz lime juice,

oz ginger beer

Squeeze lime juice into a copper mug&nbsp;and drop in the spent lime.

Add ice cubes, then pour in the moonshine and fill with cold ginger beer.

Stir well and serve. Garnish with lime slices if desired.&nbsp;

Candy Corn Moonshine Recipe

Candy Corn

750 ml bottle Everclear 151 ABV

Coffee Filter (for straining)

Mason Jars

Divide the candy corn evenly among the Mason jars (about 1/4 cup in each jar).

Fill the mason jars with the Everclear up to the necks.

Tighten the lids. Let the concoction sit sealed for one or two days (or until the candy corn is dissolved).

Shake frequently during this time.

Once dissolved, use coffee filters to strain the moonshine into another glass container.

Wash out the mason jars.

Pour the moonshine back into the mason jars.

Enjoy!

This root beer recipe is the tastiest moonshine to sip on in the summer! Root beer moonshine will dress up any summer cookout or help you relax with a refreshing beverage after a long day. Sip slowly though, because it’s a lot stronger than the root beer you were used to as a kid. 

Root Beer Moonshine Recipe

Add water, sugars and vanilla extract to a large pot or crock pot.

Cover and cook on high for two hours, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat (or turn off crock pot) and stir in root beer extract.

Allow liquid to cool completely. Once the liquid has cooled, add in the moonshine.

Ladle the liquid into clear jars and seal tightly. Store in a cool dry place!

With just four ingredients, this lemonade moonshine recipe is super easy to make, and sure to transport you right back to your childhood summers.

The Sweetest Lemonade Moonshine Recipe

lemon juice (bottled juice is fine)

Make a simple syrup (much like we made with our butterscotch moonshine recipe) on the stove by whisking together the water and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. There is no need to boil.

Once your simple syrup has cooled, you can whisk in the lemon juice and moonshine.

You can transfer your mixture to mason jars to store or serve.

This sweet spirit is perfect for an after dinner aperitif, to sweeten up a coffee or even to make your own alcoholic version of Harry Potter’s favorite butterbeer!Equipment:Heating sourcePotMixing spoonGlass jar with lid for storage

The Tastiest Butterscotch Moonshine Recipe

raw sugar*

tsp Butterscotch extract

Place your pot on your heat source. Add the sugar and the water into the pot.

Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Keep a close eye on your pot so the sugar does not burn.

Once the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the pot from heat and allow it to cool completely.

These steps have made a ‘simple syrup’.

Once your simple syrup has cooled completely, you can add food coloring to give it its rich brown coloring if you used regular sugar. If you used raw sugar, your syrup will already be a nice brown hue.

Once your syrup has cooled completely you are ready to assemble the rest of the ingredients.

Fill a clean mason jar with your moonshine.

Add your simple syrup.

Add ½ cup of brandy

Add 1 tsp butterscotch extract.

Once all the ingredients have been added to the jar, place the lid on securely and shake for about 30 seconds. Allow the moonshine to sit for about 48 hours and you are ready to enjoy!

Easy 10 Gallon Moonshine Mash Recipe

In a fermentation chamber, combine approximately 5 pounds of sugar with 1-2 gallons of malt grain. Add warm water until the sugar dissolves - the water should be warm enough to dissolve the sugar but not hot enough that it kills the yeast.

Stir the mixture as the sugar dissolves. Continue stirring as you add the remaining grains, sugar, and water. Keep stirring until all sugar dissolves.

Shake or pour between two vessels to areate your mixture.&nbsp;

Add an airtight lid with airlock and ferment for about two weeks

Distill as normal.&nbsp;

Go big or go home with this 20 gallon moonshine recipe!&amp;nbsp;

Delicious 20 Gallon Moonshine Recipe

In a fermentation chamber, combine approximately 10 pounds of sugar with 2-4 gallons of malt grain. Add warm water until the sugar dissolves - the water should be warm enough to dissolve the sugar but not hot enough that it kills the yeast.

Shake or pour between two vessels to areate your mixture.

Distill as normal.

This sweet moonshine recipe makes dessert in a jar! The perfect sweet spirit for sippin’, shootin’, or using as a base in your next favorite cocktail.

Delicious Butter Pecan Moonshine 

dark brown sugar

Moonshine

oz Salted Caramel-flavored Moonshine

tbsp butter pecan syrup

tsp vanilla extract

In a saucepan combine the water and sugar over medium heat.

Whisk until all the sugar is dissolved.

Remove from heat.

Add the butter pecan syrup and vanilla.

Allow to cool.

Once cooled, combine the syrup mixture with the caramel and regular moonshine.

Serve in mason jars.
