Bring the water and milk to a boil and lower the heat to a simmer, with the water barely bubbling.
Step 2
Add the sugar and stir.
Step 3
Add the teabags, cover the pot with a lid and steep for 3 minutes, up to 5 minutes for a stronger tea.
Step 4
Divide the tea among 2 teacups and serve.
