Step 1

Heat a frypan over medium-high heat. Add broccolini to frypan and cook, tossing for a few minutes.

Step 2

Make dressing by mixing soy sauce and mirin together in a small bowl.

Step 3

Divide rice between two bowls, top with salmon, broccolini, edamame beans, carrot, avocado, nori and sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with dressing.
