Step 1
Peel the ginger and garlic and place in a blender.
Step 2
Add all of the other ingredients other than the salmon to the blender and blitz into a smooth paste.

Cut the salmon onto 2-2.5cm cubes
Step 4
Add the salmon and allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 5
Heat a grill or broiler as hot as it will go.
Step 6
Thread the salmon onto skewers (soaked if the are bamboo).
Step 7
Cook under the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
