Step 1
Fry the sausages until brown, remove from the pan and cut into 1.5cm sized chunks.
Step 2
Fry the onion, bacon and capsicum for 5 minutes. Return the sausages to the pan with the mushrooms and the can of soup.
Step 3
Simmer for 20 minutes until the vegetables and sausages are cooked.
Step 4
Serve with rice, or mashed potato and vegetables.
