Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix the cooked sausage and cream cheese together either with a silicone spatula or hand mixer.
Step 3
Separate the crescent rolls into triangles. Cut eat triangle in half lengthwise, making two smaller triangles. Use a teaspoon to scoop the sausage filling onto each crescent roll at the top (largest part) and roll. Place each roll on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Placed in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.Serve warm
