Step 1

Preheat the pan. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Add sausages to the pan, cook for 5 minutes.

Stir the sausages with the spoon until it is browned and cooked.

In a non stick pan, melt the butter. Cook about 30 seconds after pouring the egg.

Flip the eggs and top with cheese. The cheese should be perfectly melted.
