Okay so I tried it. My heat was a little too high cus when I tried to drag the edges there wasn’t enough raw egg but the butter made it easier to fold and flip. Thanks for the tips!

2 tablespoons seemed like a lot of butter for 2 eggs but otherwise was great.

Whisk eggs well in a bowl.

Heat a pan with oil, when it is just hot enough add the onions, other veggies &amp; salt. Saute on a high flame for 1 minute.

Add garam masala, turmeric and red chili powder. Mix well. Spread the mixture.

Reduce the flame to medium and pour the eggs.

Allow to cook until the base is set. Flip it and cook.

Fry it to and fro on both the sides until fully cooked. Then add the grated cheese as desired.

Fold it half way and cook on a low heat until the cheese melts.

Serve cheese omelette warm.

Flip the eggs and top with cheese. The cheese should be perfectly melted.

6 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp flour

Egg and Sausage Quick Breakfast Recipe | This is a Very Simple and Mouth-Watering Dish

A quick and tasty breakfast that will keep you going till lunchtime.

Eggs Kejriwal

Pav white rolls

Butter

Red Chilli Flakes (or to taste)

TBSP - Medium Cheddar Cheese

Make 4 pieces of each cheese slice and keep on a plate.

Apply butter to pav/white rolls and roast them on medium heat (inner side down) till golden brown.

Flip them over and place cheese pieces and cook for another minute. Then keep aside.

Add butter, onions, green chillies, salt and mix well.

Break 2 eggs and sprinkle salt, onions, red chilli flakes, cheddar cheese and cilantro.

Cover and cook on low heat till egg white is just done.

Remove the lid, loosen edges and place the eggs on pav/white rolls.

Egg white should be completely cooked and egg yolk should be runny.

If you do not prefer runny yolk, cook eggs a bit longer till yolk is completely cooked.

Another family favorite, this omelette with mozzarella and tomatoes is so good and very easy to make. Just a few ingredients and so much flavor! Makes a perfect breakfast, brunch, lunch or light dinner.

Mozzarella Omelette

cherry tomatoes

g (4.4 oz) fresh mozzarella (cherry size)

milk

salt and freshl ground pepper (to taste)

fresh basil and balsamic vinegar reduction (to garnish)

Begin by cutting cherry tomatoes into halves. Next crack 2 eggs at a time, add a dash of milk and whisk. Add butter to a pan and heat over medium heat. Once the butter has melted and started to foam and sizzle around the edges, pour the egg mixture into the pan. Immediately add 5 cherry tomato halves, with cut side facing down and then six cherry fresh mozzarella cheese between the tomato slices. Let cook until firm (or until mozzarella has melted).

Using a spatula transfer the cheese omelette to a plate. Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction and serve immediately!! Everyone can season with salt and freshly ground pepper on their own.Repeat the the process until you&#39;ve used up all the eggs. Enjoy!!

It’s very important that you always add butter to the pan before pouring the eggs into the pan, so that the omelette won’t stick at the bottom. If there are remaining from the previous omelette, just remove them with a paper towel.
