Instructions
If using vegetables, sauté until lightly cooked. Crumble tofu through hands into pan. Add liquid aminos or kala namak salt, turmeric and yeast flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the water from the tofu has cooked off and the consistency is like scrambled eggs. Add fresh basil and season to taste.
