Scrambled Tofu

pack pack firm tofu (350 grams)

basil

yeast flakes

tsp kala namak salt

mixed vegetables.

Method

<ol><li>If using vegetables, sauté until lightly cooked.</li><li>Crumble tofu through hands into pan. Add liquid aminos or kala namak salt, turmeric and yeast flakes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the water from the tofu has cooked off and the consistency is like scrambled eggs.</li><li>Add fresh basil and season to taste.</li></ol>
