Step 1

Pour the apple juice into a small saucepan together with the agar agar powder, ginger and cinnamon then proceed to whisk until everything is evenly combined.

Step 2

Stir in the sea moss gel and agave nectar.

Step 3

Switch on the stove on low-medium heat, start to whisk briskly and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer (DO NOT BOIL), you may notice a few lumps from the sea moss gel which will start to dissolve as you continue to whisk.

Step 4

Continue to whisk until it starts to turn into a slightly thick-ish mixture, but not too thick as it will thicken as it cools down. (very important, in order for the gummies to set).

Step 5

Have your gummy mould ready and use the dropper (or a very small teaspoon) to drop some of the mixture into the mould (work quickly as it sets fast).

Step 6

Place the mould in the refrigerator for up to an hour until the gummies are firm to the touch.

Step 7

Push the mould forward/upwards to release the gummies.

Step 8

Keep the gummies in a jar, refrigerated and eat at your leisure!
