Step 1

Wash and scrub potatoes under cold water. Dry.

Step 2

Place all 4 potatoes into a Microwave Baked Potato Bag.

Step 3

Place in microwave and cook for 4 minutes. Check for doneness and rotate potatoes. If not done, add 2 minute intervals until potatoes reach your desired doneness.

Step 4

Remove potatoes from bag and allow to cool. Top with butter, sour cream and shredded cheese.
