Step 1
Add the ice cream, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring to the blender. Blend on medium until all of the ingredients are well blended together and the green food coloring is evenly distributed throughout.
Step 2
Pour evenly into two glasses. Drink immediately.
Step 3
Optional: top each shake with whipped cream and sprinkles.
