Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and coat with cooking spray.
Step 2
Lay salmon filets on sheet pan. Add chopped vegetables to the sheet pan around the salmon in a single layer.
Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well.
Step 4
Pour or generously brush seasoning on to salmon filets.
Step 5
Place sheet in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn oven to broil and allow to cook for 2 - 3 more minutes.
Step 6
Serve with rice, or just as is. Enjoy!
