Step 1

Take a small bowl, beat together ginger paste, garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and xanthan gum. Set aside

Step 2

Heat oil in a frying pan or cooking pan until it becomes very hot (but not smoking), add shrimp, and fry it until it becomes pink. Then take-out shrimp from the pan, cover with foil and keep it warm.

Step 3

Then add broccoli and carrots. Fry it for 3 minutes, with continuous stirring.

Step 4

Add zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Fry it for 3 minutes with frequent stirring.

Step 5

Add cabbage and green onion. Fry it for 2 minutes. Then test veggies for alacrity. If needed, continue frying until veggies are finished to your taste.

Step 6

Add shrimp back to the pan and stir all together.

Step 7

Pour sauce on the veggies and shrimp and stir it for 1 minute at least.

Step 8

Toss it all together and then remove it from heat and dish out!
