Keto Stir Fry - Chicken & Garlic

Sesame Oil

Garlic (finely chopped)

Chicken Thighs (thinly sliced)

Broccolini (sliced)

Place a large non-stick frying pan or wok over high heat.

Add the oil and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the chicken, salt, and pepper. Saute until the chicken is browned, then add the broccolini and butter.

Cook for 5 minutes, until the broccolini has softened.

Add the pak choy and tamari sauce and saute until the greens are just cooked (and still a little crunchy).

Serve the stir fry sprinkled with sesame seeds.

In a 10-inch pan over medium high heat, add oil. To the hot oil, add minced ginger and garlic and let them sizzle for 2-3 seconds. Add the ground pork. Mix well and brown the meat, breaking up all the clumps. You want some crispy parts, but mainly you want to cook the pork well.

While the meat cooks, chop up the green onions and cilantro. Mix them in a bowl and set aside.

After about 8 minutes when the meat is almost done, push the meat to the sides to create a small space in the middle. Add the sliced green and red chilis.

Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, the sambal olek if using and stir well.

Turn off the stove and let the pork rest uncovered for 3-4 minutes to cool a little.

Stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro. Sprinkle the lemon juice and stir well.

Separate the butter lettuce leaves and allow your diners to serve themselves some of the spicy pork mixture into each butter lettuce, leaf. Or skip the lettuce and just eat the meat—good either way.

Shrimp Broccoli Stir Fry Keto

xanthan gum (or, 2 tsp corn-starch if not the following keto)

Take a small bowl, beat together ginger paste, garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and xanthan gum. Set aside

Heat oil in a frying pan or cooking pan until it becomes very hot (but not smoking), add shrimp, and fry it until it becomes pink. Then take-out shrimp from the pan, cover with foil and keep it warm.

Then add broccoli and carrots. Fry it for 3 minutes, with continuous stirring.

Add zucchini, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Fry it for 3 minutes with frequent stirring.

Add cabbage and green onion. Fry it for 2 minutes. Then test veggies for alacrity. If needed, continue frying until veggies are finished to your taste.

Add shrimp back to the pan and stir all together.

Pour sauce on the veggies and shrimp and stir it for 1 minute at least.

Toss it all together and then remove it from heat and dish out!

Keto Low Carb Spam Cauliflower Fried Rice

oz Spam (about 1/3 of the can)

tbsp Sesame Oil

Cups Cauliflower Rice

Black Pepper

Gather all the ingredients.

Finely dice green onions, onions, spam (about 1/4 x 1/4 inch cubes) and set aside.

In a Teflon frying pan, add 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil on high heat.  Once oil is up to temp (slightly smoking), add diced spam and cook for 2-3 minutes until you get a nice brown crust on the spam.  Transfer to holding bowl.

In the same Teflon frying pan, add 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil on high heat.  Once oil starts to lightly smoke, add cauliflower rice and onion.  Stir often and cook for 2-3 minutes or until desired texture is reached.

After 2-3 minutes, add back spam, salt, and black pepper.  Mix well and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute.

Lastly, mix in the green onions, transfer to serving bowl and enjoy hot!

Place a wok or large saucepan over high heat.

Add the sesame oil and pork belly. Saute, stirring often, until the pork is starting to get brown and crispy.

Prepare Ingredients

Prepare all of your ingredients. Cut chicken into small pieces and all of the vegetables into slices. Clean and cut broccoli into small florets and the rest of the stem into small cubes. 

Chicken and onion

Heat your skillet and add sesame oil. Once that is heated, add onion and garlic and caramelize both.  Add the chicken pieces into the pan and stir all together. Cook the chicken on a medium-high for about 10 minutes, depending on the size while mixing regularly. 

Spices and sauces

Once your chicken is cooked halfway, season it with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce, broth, and xanthan gum. Mix and cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown. 

Vegetables and Toppings

When your chicken is fully cooked, we add all the fresh veggies. First goes all of the colorful peppers which we mix. Followed comes broccoli. Combine stir fry together and let veggies soften slightly.  As last, add chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Chicken Zucchini Stir Fry Recipe

tamari (or soy sauce)

tbsp toasted sesame oil

tsp Sriracha

lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

zucchini ((about 10 ounces))

tbsp avocado oil (divided)

Salt and pepper

tsp glucomannan ((or xanthan gum))

Whisk the tamari, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger together in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken in a larger bowl and toss to coat.

Slice the zucchini lengthwise in half, then slice each half into 1/2 inch slices.

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add one tablespoon of the oil. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken and all the liquids from the bowl.

Stir fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 7 minutes. Transfer the chicken and most of the juices from the pan to a bowl.

Add the other tablespoon of oil and the zucchini. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper, and stir fry until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the chicken back to the pan with all of the juices. Toss well to combine.

If you want to thicken the sauce, lower the heat to medium low. Push the meat and veggies to one side of the pan. Sprinkle the glucomannan over the accumulated juices, whisking simultaneously to combine. Stir everything back together.

This was very easy to make and delicious!   The only change I made was using garlic cloves because I put garlic in everything!

Very easy and tasty.  I tried recipe no deviation first, very good.  Then I add a little swerve brown sugar and some oyster sauce to sweeten flavor a little cause this was very similar to recipe I used to make.

Heat

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1-2 minutes.

Stir fry

Thinly slice cabbage or open a bag of coleslaw mix and add to the skillet. Toss to coat in oil. Stir fry for 5 minutes until softened.

Add Keto Soy Sauce or aminos, raise heat to medium-high. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes as liquid reduces, stirring occasionally.

Break

Add ground beef. Break apart any chunks with a spatula. Stir fry until lightly browned.

Scramble

Crack the eggs in a small bowl and whisk. Push cabbage and beef to the side of the skillet. Pour the eggs on the exposed pan surface. Scramble in place by pushing in with a spatula as the sides begin to cook.

Combine

Break apart the eggs and combine everything together in the skillet.

Toss

Garnish

Divided into portions and garnish each with green onions and sesame seeds.

This was a great way to use up some old cabbage! So much easier than actual egg rolls, but just as tasty. Will definitely make again!

The Best Keto Stir Fry (10 minutes!)

chicken breast (chopped)

almond flour (or coconut flour)

ginger (minced)

broccoli (chopped)

large bell pepper (chopped)

In a small bowl, whisk together the stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce, and set aside. In a separate bowl, add the chopped chicken and almond flour and lightly mix together. 

Add the oil in a non-stick pan or wok and place over medium heat. Stir fry the chicken until mostly cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and stir fry for several minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and cook until mostly tender. Add the chicken back to the pan, before adding the sauce. Let it bubble and thicken for several minutes, before removing from the heat and serving.

Excellent! Mouth watering flavor and fulfilling!

Hi there!  Ingredients doesn’t list ginger however the instructions do…any thoughts on how much ginger??

I asssume it's a couple of tsp. minced ginger? I just tossed in some dried ginger flakes with the garlic and added the onion at the same time to make sure to break down the ginger. Good recipe!
