Step 1
Mix mince, onion, carrot, capsicum and salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Step 2
Spread mixture on one side of the puff pastry squares about 2 cm thick.
Step 3
Roll up puff pastry and seal with beaten egg.
Step 4
Glaze the rolls with beaten egg and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Re-glaze with more beaten egg and bake for another 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
