Step 1
Mix soy sauce, dashi powder, honey, and black pepper.
Step 2
In a pan, drizzle in oil and turn the heat to medium-high. Add sliced onion, and saute for 3-4 minutes or until translucent.

Next, add thinly sliced pork belly, and drizzle in the sauce. Turn the heat to high, and saute for 4 minutes.
Step 4
Finally, add in alot of green onion, and saute on high heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Optional, make a well in the middle, add cooked rice or noodles, top with fried egg, and let it sizzle for another 2-3 minutes so the rice becomes crispy. Mix everything and enjoy!
