Step 1
Generously salt roast and sear each side in large fry pan over high heat. Transfer to large slow cooker.
Step 2
Top roast with ranch mix, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, pepperoncinis and pepperoncini liquid.
Step 3
Close slow cooker lid and cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Step 4
Transfer roast to serving dish and shed with forks. Spoon preferred amount of liquid from slow cooker over shredded meat.
