Step 1
Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Next, add the grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the top of the chicken breasts.

Place the lid onto the slow cooker and cook on low 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Cooking times may vary depending on your crock pot, so check that the chicken is no longer pink in the middle and at 165F before consuming.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, use two forks to shred it directly in the slow cooker, making sure to mix the chicken well with the sauce.
Step 6
Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce. Allow the pasta to soak up the sauce for an additional 15-20 minutes on the "warm" setting if available, stirring occasionally to ensure it's evenly coated.
Step 7
Serve garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
