Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil then add the pasta and cook until al dente.

Reserve a cup of pasta cooking water and drain the pasta.

To make the sauce, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat then add the minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds then pour in the cream.
Step 4
Bring to a simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes then pour in the lemon juice. Cook for another minute or two.
Step 5
Slice the salmon into bite-size pieces then stir into the sauce and allow to warm through for a minute.
Step 6
Season to taste then toss the sauce with the cooked pasta and a few tablespoons of pasta water. Serve.
