Heat oil and saute onions 5 minutes. Add garlic, stir for 2 minutes.

Set the Instant pot to High Pressure for 12 minutes.( If using canned beans, pressure cook 6 minutes.)
Step 7
Manually Release after 5 minutes.
Step 8
