Add all the ingredients to your mason jar and sous vide at 135°F (57.2°C) for 3 hours.

After the 3 hours, let it cool on your counter top for 30 minutes.

Discard the solids and bottle your liquid.

Refrigerate your vodka overnight or for at least 3 hours.

For the Spicy Moscow Mule Cocktail
