Step 1
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Cook onion for 5 mins, or until soft. Add bacon and cook for 3-4 mins, or until brown. Add garlic and chilli and cook for 1 min, or until fragrant. Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 15 mins, or until thickened slightly. Stir through olives. Season to taste.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large pan of boiling salted water, according to packet directions. Drain. Add to tomato sauce and toss to combine.
Step 3
Serve with parmesan and crusty bread.
